This model shows the principle of motion transmission at a constant speed between intersec-ting shafts using two pairs of pulleys and a ball chain. Using a ball chain the drive shaft pulley drives the pulley on the driven shaft via two return pulleys. Pointers on all shafts show speeds, phasing and directions of rotation involved.
