Twostaged This unit illustrates the design of open V-belts in tandem. The drive shaft with its pulley engages a V-belt running over a pulley on the intermediate shaft. A second pulley on this intermediate shaft drives another pulley on the output shaft by another belt. Pointers on all three shafts show speeds, phasing and direction of rotations involved.
